The Headlines:
In the role of Manager Marketing Analytics based in Chicago, IL, you will manage our real time Media and Creative Optimization capabilities across a portfolio or brands, and help advance our data-driven approach to media planning and optimization.
This position reports to the Sr Manager Marketing Analytics and works very closely with internal and external stakeholders.
The Responsibilities:
You will execute and deliver real time measurement and planning tools (e.g. Multi Touch Attribution (MTA), Marketing Mix Models (MMM), Unified Marketing Measurement (UMM), Marketing Experiments and Matched Market Analyses used by our portfolio of brands for creative and media optimization. You will act as a consultant and advisor to our partners across Marketing and within the Commercial organization You will use advanced models, predictive analytics, scenario planning, and in-market testing to uncover business drivers and help improve the impact and efficiency of our marketing You will identify data sources and KPIs that are predictive of success You will manage the day-to-day execution of the annual Media Experiment plan You will build and deliver tools that enable the marketing team and our agency partners to optimize media and creative executions with confidence You will manage External Partnerships including selection and day-to-day communication with vendors and publishers
The Other Qualifications:
You have a bachelor’s degree and at least 7+ years of related media or marketing analytics experience You have strong experience working with sophisticated measurement programs: Multitouch attribution, sales lift, A/B tests, in market experimentation, marketing mix analysis You fully understand the consumer data landscape and its effect on marketing strategies You can demonstrate confidence in presenting technical content across different stakeholder audiences, including senior leadership, and in influencing decisions You have experience working with Excel, Tableau (experience with SQL, Python, R, etc is a bonus) You have experience using syndicated point-of-sale and customer loyalty data sources (Circana, Nielsen, etc) and understand the landscape of media execution data You exhibit our Molson Coors core values
