Yanfeng Automotive Interiors is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee and coordinate all activities related to the daily repair and maintenance ofmachinery and supporting equipment. Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of production machinery and equipment to maintain high levels of operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

Coordinating and overseeing maintenance of production equipment, ensuring equipment modifications and updates are performed as necessary Leading a team qualified to maintain all equipment, ensuring the proper distribution of tasks for electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs Collaborating with Process Engineers on changes in processes, equipment, and monitoring systems Providing troubleshooting support to workers diagnosing machine and equipment failures Maintaining active knowledge of Beta Tech, Atlas Copco, and Allen Bradley systems, and implementing system changes as required Managing the dismantling, assembly, andinstallation of industrial machinery, along with HVAC systems, security systems, and other equipment Collaborating with the Engineering Manager on process improvements and equipment modifications Reviewing production plans and estimating the labor hours required to meet businessobjectives Submitting monthly reports on maintenance department activities to the Operations Manager Interpreting specifications, blueprints, and work orders, delegating duties, and ensuring compliance with work procedures to meet production deadlines Providing recommendations for improving production methods, equipment performance, and product quality Assisting with the training of Maintenance Technicians and offering support in improving work conditionsand efficiency Analyzing and solving operational problems, as well as assisting workers in meeting production targets Coordinating activities between different departments to ensure effective maintenance operations Supervising workers to ensure adherence to safety andoperational standards Managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimizedowntime and enhance equipment reliability Overseeing inventory management of spare parts,tools, and consumables necessary for production and maintenance Collaborating with manufacturers to stay updated on the latest maintenance and repair techniques Ensuring all employees receive training on the latest technologies and safety standards Evaluating labor hour needs based on production schedules, ensuring balanced overtime distribution among team members Recommending and modifying existing equipment to improve efficiency and reduce maintenance costs Overseeing the integration of new equipment into production, including technical specifications review, design validation, and spare part management

Special Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Technical Engineering 5-8 years of relevant experience in a similar maintenance management role Strong understanding of safety regulations and commitment to workplace safety Proficiency in managing teams, prioritizing tasks, and collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth operations
