What will you do in this role? **Learning & Development + Leadership Development** + **Assessment** : Collaborate with business leaders and PBPs to identify opportunities for enhancing capabilities across the organization (needs assessments), partnering with stakeholders to address identified gaps. + **Strategy** : Stand up a comprehensive learning and development program, tailored to the specific needs and goals of our organization, focusing on building essential leadership behaviors and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Strategy inclusive of: + Leadership and managerial capabilities + Integration of our new values, behaviors, and leadership behaviors (Culture Renovation) + Employee “soft skills” + Business specific “technical skills” (owned by local liaison) + **Build:** Through a mix of internal resources, AI (Artificial Intelligence) tools, and external vendors, refine and deliver engaging training initiatives to equip our managers and leaders with the tools, knowledge, and resources needed to effectively lead their teams, drive employee engagement, champion our DEI values and achieve business objectives. Ensure that the broader employee base is continuously improving their soft skills to enhance performance and productivity. + Manage external vendor relationships and budgets; project manage the external program coordination and delivery. + Manage internal relationships and resources to execute certain initiatives through individuals or teams embedded in the business. + **Training Delivery:** Facilitate engaging and impactful training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels. Partner with the business areas to offer training “toolkits” or “train the trainer” sessions for more function specific skill development. + **Measure** : Evaluate the effectiveness of programs through the collection and analysis of feedback, metrics, and performance data, making continuous improvements to enhance program impact and ROI. + Improve effectiveness in team and employee outcomes + Report back on effectiveness of programs with DEI lens + **Continuous Improvement:** Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development, and continuously enhance programs to meet evolving needs. Your salary offer will be based on an assessment of a variety of factors including your specific experience and work location. In addition, you will be offered competitive target incentive compensation, with awards based on overall corporate and individual performance.
