Manager, IT EUC Administration
A Day in Your Life at MKS: As a Manager, IT EUC Administration, you will design, implement, and manage complex technical solutions for a manufacturing business with over 10,000 employees. You’ll serve as a technical architect within the Digital Workplace Services team. The role requires quickly understanding and applying new technologies to solve business challenges. You Will Make an Impact By: + Lead design, implementation, and management of information technologies including, but not limited to: (Windows Client, Client Management solutions e.g. SCCM/Intune, Microsoft M365, Hardening, AppLocker, Core application management, Lifecycle Management of products in scope) + Lead the technical infrastructure integration of mergers and acquisitions + Operational support / activities for the above + Work with Business Relationship Managers, Project Management Organizations, and business leadership to architect I.T. solutions to meet business requirements + Evaluate new technologies and trends in order to make recommendation on how they can be implemented to positively impact the company + Design solutions and lead staff in the implementation of the designs through mentorship and guidance + Provide a bridge between security, technical staff, IT operations and business leadership + Increase efficiency within the I.T. department through streamlining and automating processes and workflows + Document all architected designs and develop operational SPOs for the smooth transition to support staff + IT vendor management is a critical aspect of this position. Vendors may be local, regional or global. Participation in vendor governance activities is required. + Cost control activities including budgeting and the creation/approval of purchase requisitions and/or purchase orders is required + The position will be a champion for MKS cybersecurity efforts and will work closely with the cybersecurity team + Cultural awareness, as the company is working internationally with IT customers and vendors Skills You Bring: ​ + 10+ years designing and implementing I.T. solutions + Working knowledge of client, server, network, and cloud architectures + Working knowledge of: (Windows Client, GPOs, AppLocker, Microsoft M365, Microsoft Endpoint Management (Intune), Microsoft M365, Tenant to Tenant Migrations, Azure Active Directory, M365 Security and Compliance Features, Multi Factor Authentication, Single sign-on, Self-service password reset, Hybrid Cloud, VDI, Microsoft Active Directory Services, CIS) + Experience working in a global organization + Experience with large scale implementations and integrations of corporate IT systems + Working hours will be based in “US eastern standard time”, to allow collaboration with the global team + Some weekend work is required + Willing to internationally travel as needed Compensation and Benefits: + Salary Pay Range: $93,100 to $172,900 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.  At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role. + Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS (or as applicable). + Benefits: MKS offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance coverage (medical, dental and vision), 401(k) with company match, life and disability insurance, 11 paid holidays, sick time, 15 paid vacation days, (6 weeks fully paid) parental leave, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement (and for participation in any stock programs, signing bonus, etc.).
