**Job Description** We are seeking an experienced and innovative leader to drive our Connected Devices and Internet of Things (IoT) strategy. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of our IoT and connected devices product portfolio, from concept to launch and ongoing operations. This position reports to the Director of Product Development and is based out of our Logan, Utah office. **As the Development Manager, IoT & Connected Devices, your responsibilities will include:** IoT Partnerships & Ecosystem + Identify, evaluate and manage partnerships with IoT platform providers, hardware makers, etc. + Develop an IoT partner ecosystem and device certification program Product Strategy & Roadmap + Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for our connected devices and IoT solutions across the Revelyst Outdoor multi-brand platform + Conduct market research, analyze trends, and gather insights to identify new IoT opportunities + Develop business cases, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies for new IoT products & services in collaboration with brand leadership across Revelyst Outdoor Product Development & Delivery + Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch for IoT devices and platforms + Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, operations, etc.) across Revelyst Outoor to deliver IoT solutions + Ensure IoT products meet security, privacy, regulatory and compliance requirements and drive any and all required certification of those products with the appropriate regulatory entities Team Leadership + Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of IoT engineers and contractors to develop IoT devices including electronics hardware, software, and cloud services integrated solutions + Foster a culture of innovation, customer-centricity and continuous improvement + Provide strategic guidance and make decisions to drive IoT revenue and market share growth **You have:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field + 5+ years of product development experience, with at least 2 years focused on IoT/connected devices/products + Proven track record of successfully delivering IoT products from concept to market + Deep technical knowledge of IoT technologies, platforms, standards, and emerging trends + Expertise in IoT security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance requirements + Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire teams and drive strategic initiatives + Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities + Experience managing IoT partner ecosystems and developer communities is a plus **You might have:** + Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field + 10+ years of product development experience, with at least 5 years focused on IoT/connected devices/products + Experience in developing consumer products for the outdoor retail industry **Pay Range:** Annual Salary: $113,000.00 - $130,000.00 The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
