The integrated marketing team is a group of marketing generalists responsible for translating business goals into marketing strategies and serving as the general manager across the organization to bring those strategies to market.
About the RoleThe Consumer Integrated Marketing team is looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial, and data-driven marketer to grow DoorDash's Marketplace. This role will report into the Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager for DashPass Benefits, and will be responsible for defining the strategy to both test and launch new DashPass features and benefits and drive ongoing engagement with current DashPass benefits. Through close collaboration with the Product and Strategy & Operations teams, you will surface audience insights that inform the roadmap and leverage those to build and execute on go-to-market campaigns that create member value and drive awareness and adoption of DashPass benefits.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… Define and drive comprehensive go-to-market plans for new features from audience definition, development of core value proposition, to launch and sustain through owned and in-product channels Partner closely with research and analytics to develop a deeper understanding of the consumer audience and surface opportunities to senior leadership to inform the roadmap Identify the needs of DashPass members and partner with business strategy to test and launch new benefits that drive increased customer conversion and retention Proactively identify and execute on opportunities to drive increased conversion with new and existing customers through close partnership with analytics, product management, and business strategy Lead complex cross-functional teams to execute marketing programs at scale, including partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Comms, Strategy & Ops, Finance, and Analytics We’re excited about you because you have… Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA a plus 6+ years of experience in B2C marketing, with a proven track record of driving successful go-to-market launches that drive adoption and bottom line impact The ability to think about the business like a GM, drive forward highly cross-functional projects like a product manager, and understand how to speak to our consumer like a seasoned marketer. Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills and are able to organize critical info both to senior leaders, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders. Experience sifting through a detailed analysis and synthesizing the key points to make data-driven decisions, while still having a strong bias for action and being able leverage your intuition when you don’t have all the data you might need. A creative and entrepreneurial mindset - you enjoy tackling unsolved problems, building, and finding creative solutions with limited resources.
