Stakeholder Management                               

Build strong relationships with business partners and project stakeholders.Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and identify target audience's training needs

Process Improvement

Monitor project progress and report on key metrics and improvement opportunitiesCultivate a continuous improvement within the organizationPractice and sharing industry best practices, case studies, new trends and tools

People Leader

Identify technical skill gaps of team member and support their professional development through a structured, formal learning plan and regular feedback & coaching.Model the MBPS Values in Action as well as other corporate governance & compliance policies such as but not limited to: Code of Employee Discipline, Data Privacy, Information Security, Risk Management, etc.

Minimum Hiring Requirements - Knowledge & Skills

Required:

1. Advance proficiency with MS Office Suite, and Articulate Storyline 3

2. Knowledge and relevant application of instructional theories and adult learning principles Must be able to show skills in people management.

3. Ability to work with multicultural and virtual teams.

4. Strong verbal communication, Project management, and presentation skills.

Desired:

1. Knowledge and experience with Insurance Contact Center and Back-Office Operations 2. 2. Project Management Training: PMP, Agile, Scrum, etc. LEAN Six Sigma Training

Minimum Hiring Requirements – Experience

1. At least 5  years of experience in curriculum/instructional design

2. At least 3 years experience managing a team of learning or instructional design professionals

4. Excellent writing and proofreading skills, with attention to detail to translate highly technical subject matter to a global audience at various levels with clarity and accuracy

5. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study

6. Advanced MS Office Skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

6. Good interpersonal skills

7. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

8. Demonstrated strong passion for continuous learning

Desired:

Management consulting experience Experience leading large, cross-functional, organization-wide, multi-site transformation and/or process and performance improvement initiatives Experience working with stakeholders across different geos, i.e., North America, Canada, Asia
