The team you will be a part of The Information Systems team is responsible for implementation of the enterprise architecture and the development and maintenance of the organization's computing/IT environment. Determines and develops architectural approaches and solutions, conducts business reviews, documents current systems and develops recommendations of how to proceed with the applications.This role in summary

The Global Core Systems Manager is responsible for leading Operations, Project Design and Delivery globally reporting to the Global SAP, Core Systems and Integration organization and it’s expected that you contribute to driving innovation across the existing Workload Scheduler/Automation, Job Scheduling, SAP Change Request Management and Monitoring solutions, improve the overall uptime, performance, currency, and resiliency and help build a positive work environment with strong teamwork mentality.

Your responsibilities will include

Facilitates cross-functional standardization of Workload Scheduler/Automation, Job Scheduling, SAP Change Request Management and Infrastructure Monitoring solutions on a global scale, understanding the specifics for each region and shaping it sustainably.

Participate and support the adoption of global organization programs across different areas proposing roadmaps and influencing the deployment.

Responsible for developing technology roadmap, managing global service providers, and identifying opportunities for improvement, modernization, and development of cost-effective and sustainable solutions.

Minimum requirements

Bachelor Degree

5+ years of experience with Workload Automation and Scheduler consulting or architecture working with IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler (IBM TWS) & HCL Workload Automation (HCL HWA) creating cost-effective and highly available architectural solutions in the cloud and on-premise

5+ years of experience in coordination and implementation of Workload Automation and Scheduler Installations, Updates, Upgrades, Migrations, Automation, and Performance Tuning

5+ years of experience in maintaining and optimizing different types of schedules/agents including SAP, Linux and add-ons integrated with the tooling

5+ years of experience maintaining and optimizing Workload Automation and Scheduler installations on Linux and Windows Server operating systems and the associated databases

2+ years of experience working with different infrastructure monitoring solutions, preferably Cisco AppDynamics and Digitate Ignio

Preferred skills and experiences

8+ years of experience with Workload Automation and Scheduler consulting or architecture working with IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler (IBM TWS) & HCL Workload Automation (HCL HWA) creating cost-effective and highly available architectural solutions in the cloud and on-premise

8+ years of experience in coordination and implementation of Workload Automation and Scheduler Installations, Updates, Upgrades, Migrations, Automation, and Performance Tuning

8+ years of experience in maintaining and optimizing different types of schedules/agents including SAP, Linux and add-ons integrated with the tooling

8+ years of experience maintaining and optimizing Workload Automation and Scheduler installations on Linux and Windows Server operating systems and the associated databases

5+ years of experience as a SAP Basis Consultant working with SAP Transport Management System (SAP TMS) and SAP Change Request Management (SAP ChaRM)

5+ years of experience working with different infrastructure monitoring solutions, preferably Cisco AppDynamics and Digitate Ignio

2+ years of experience managing Monitoring solutions such as Cisco AppDynamics, Digitate Ignio, SAP Focused Run or any other enterprise solution of the same type.

Practical experience with designing, implementing, or converting Workload Automation and Scheduler products with a downtime-minimized approach

Creating cost-effective Workload Automation and Scheduler highly available architectural solutions in the cloud and on-premise

Developing and implementing Workload Automation and Scheduler sustainable automation to reduce manual efforts
