Summary
Responsible for leading and managing key HR functions, including recruiting, Colleague engagement and compensation in support of the Goshen Health’s mission. This role will serve as a strategic partner, ensuring HR strategies align with organizational goals and drive the overall Colleague experience. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in talent acquisition, Colleague satisfaction, and ensuring competitive and fair compensation practices.
Position Qualifications
Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum Experience 5 - 7 years’ experience in Human Resources. Proficient in Excel and MS Word.
Preferred Experience Previous Human Resources management experience preferred.
Certifications Preferred HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)
