What You Will Do:
Manage all aspects of the Global Trade Compliance program within the Advanced Thermal Sciences (ATS) business located in Anaheim, CA and other U.S. locations. Partner with business leadership team(s) and associated functional groups to provide guidance and assist the business in compliantly achieving tactical and strategic goalsSupport initial information gathering efforts for authorization applications and work with authorization team to draft and manage authorizations throughout the authorization lifecyclePartner with assigned Global Trade Technology Manager to ensure adequate Classification Focals are trained and able to support business J/C and HTS classification requirements. Assist with outsourcing classification activities to the Global Trade Classification Center as necessaryResponsible for GT procedure implementation at ATS U.S. locationsAssist site Global Security Services (GSS) as Global Trade Site Lead, including updates to site map zones, reviewing and approving International Travel Workflows, and Foreign National visitor requests at ATS U.S. locationsAssist with Investigation & Disclosures activities as necessary and support Global Trade audit activities as required within the ATS U.S. businessEstablish and maintain, at a minimum, quarterly Global Trade Councils with the ATS U.S. businessProvide semi-annual regulatory reporting requirements as applicable for the ATS U.S. businessCoordinate Global Trade activities and partner with non U.S. ATS locations in Asia Pacific locations (Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan)What You Will Learn:

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experienceQualifications We Prefer:
Experience in the Semi-Conductor Manufacturing business, specifically knowledge and expertise with EAR 744.23 regulationsBachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience working with ITAR, EAR, and FTR or other compliance regulations, including Customs experience; OR an advanced degree and 3+ years of experience working with ITAR, EAR, and FTR or other compliance regulations, including Customs experiencePrior experience working with a legal department, preferably in a legal operation, communications, and / or program / project management Experience in a matrixed global organization and working effectively in cross-functional teams Demonstrated interest in seeking out innovative approaches and self-starter with a natural curiosity and drive to bring projects to completion Adept at building relationships in a hybrid and remote environment Critical thinking and an ability to understand complex business issues Agile, adaptable to changes in directionWhat We Offer:
