**Job Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree Logistics Management preferred Or + A minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in a related field required + 10+ plus years' experience with import/export trade compliance and logistics. + 5 years Supervisory experience. + Expert knowledge of Supply Chain & Logistics terminology and lingo. + Knowledge of and experience with regional customs regulations on exports, import experience. US Trade regulations experience is a plus. + Knowledge of and experience with import/export documents and regulations supporting global business + Must be able to communicate effectively with different layers of the organization. + Experience with Global Trade Management systems. (Oracle GTM, Amber Road, etc.) + Proficient in web-based applications and MS Office + Experience and understanding of VAT regulations a plus + Experience and knowledge of other global import/export regulations a plus. + Qualified candidates must be interested in working within fast-paced, changing environment. + Must be fluent in English, any other language is a plus. + Must possess an elevated level of integrity and professionalism, including in dealing with complex and sensitive matters + Broker's License is a plus. **Compensation/ Benefits** Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $103,840 to $129,800 (salary and incentive). Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
