Financial Education is a cornerstone of our financial inclusion strategic pillar. The Financial Education team delivers a product portfolio designed for impact and client needs. The Manager, Financial Education is a cross functional role that will drive excellence in client and partner engagement, product delivery and sales operations. This role will ensure the Financial Education team operates efficiently and with excellence by elevating our client and partner experience, streamlining processes for product delivery, and managing our client/ partner pipeline. The ideal candidate will possess a unique mix of operational excellence and strong relationship management skills given the client facing nature of this role.  The candidate must have a proactive orientation to problem solving and move quickly to implementation.

This role reports to the Head of Financial Education.

Essential Functions

Lead end-to-end client delivery process at the global level, working with our product and content experts and our regional in-market colleagues to ensure a smooth end-to-end product delivery experienceDevelop a plan to monitor and report on our impact on clients including client feedback, product delivery performance and direct and indirect Financial Education revenueDevelop, maintain and internally socialize a streamlined set of sales materials including a streamlined approach to packaging our assets to ensure continuity across global marketsDevelop and nurture positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners globally to support a smooth end-to-end product delivery experienceDeliver Fin Ed portfolio sales trainings and support global Account Executives and other client facing teams as neededProactively identify process inefficiencies and manage projects to streamline or automate support processes as well as other sales operations and enablement projects as needed

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications
5-8 years professional experience
Management consulting or business operations experience, a plus
Bilingual in Spanish or French
Proven track record in client and partnership management
Demonstrated success in sales operations, with keen eye for process improvement and operational efficiency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into a clear and compelling format in PowerPoint
Comfortable developing and managing detailed tracking systems to drive accountability
Strong project management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
Self-starter, results oriented individual with the ability to roll up their sleeves and handle numerous projects concurrently
A team player and collaborator, able to work well with diverse global stakeholders in a matrixed environment, ranging from junior to executive level
Advanced level of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint required
Exceptional personal accountability and the highest of ethical standards
Ability to operate with flexibility and often in the gray
A very good sense of humor

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 112,500 to 191,800 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
