We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Team Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with APJ (Asia-Pacific and Japan) and global service teams, developing service offer programs for single-use devices, developing the team, and achieving revenue targets. This role will report directly to the BPG Japan Director and provide matrix reporting to APJ.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Collaboration:
+ Work closely with APJ and global service teams to ensure alignment and integration of service strategies and initiatives.
• Program Development and Management:
+ Develop, implement, and handle service offer programs for single-use devices.
+ Lead and coordinate the service team to ensure dedication and achievement of business objectives.
+ Monitor and drive the achievement of revenue targets for service offerings.
• Reporting:
+ Directly report to the BPG Japan Director.
+ Provide matrix reporting to APJ, ensuring transparent and effective communication of progress, challenges, and opportunities.
**Qualifications:**
+ Confirmed experience in handling service teams and developing service programs.
+ Strong understanding of single-use device markets and service offerings.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with regional and global teams.
+ Ability to drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets.
