Compensation :
Salary Range (Grade E/551): $ 90,590 - $128,239
Responsibilities :
Subways, Facilities is seeking a candidate to provide complex analytical and support services to the VP, Facilities. This position assists in the development, implementation, and tracking of the Facilities Division Strategic vision goals including development and maintenance of dashboards, and various reporting requirements. This position will be responsible for the monitoring and analysis of performance indicators, maintaining information system(s) for planning and control of project development across all the Facilities teams to drive best industry standards as well as supporting key initiatives and projects as well as other tasks as assigned.
Education and Experience :
A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree preferred in Business, Architecture/Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Public Administration, Public Policy, City or Urban Planning, Transportation, or a related field and six (6) years of full-time related experience and three (3) years of managerial/supervisory/administrative experience.

+ In-depth real estate/facilities expertise in property management/real estate industry.
+ Strong financial and strategic planning skills.
+ Expertise in data analysis and presentation.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to communicate with personnel at all levels of the organization.
+ Ability to work and deliver under demanding timelines.
Selection Method :
Based on evaluation of education, skills, experience, and interview.
All appointments, with the exception of the Department of Subways employees on MABSTOA payroll, will be made on the NYCT payroll.
