Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and integrity-driven individual for the position of fab contamination control Section Manager. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for Tainan fab cleanliness release and quality control methods. Your duties will include strengthening material detection, extending DL for fab environment management, and overseeing Falcon project handling. Additionally, you will develop detection and contamination control strategies, including environment and process FOUP control.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Partner with various departments to develop strategies in support of FAB AMC/Cleanliness/FAC central supply detection/contamination control/related quality control.Project leading and management.Safety management.Develop a team of highly engaged and motivated team members.Establish section goals and drive accountability.Direct and drive these strategies to completion.Requirements
Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Industry, Engineering or relevant fields.Knowledge and experience in FAB Contamination Control, Chemical Lab, Incoming Material Quality and Fab processes be better.Strong communication and soft skills.Growth mindsetNeed to undergo on-job training and project management for 6~9 months at either the Taichung or Taoyuan plant.About Micron Technology, Inc.
