Who we are Attentive is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager for our Enterprise Account Management team. The role is focused on building and enabling a team to drive customer retention and growth, as we continue to expand our products offering and customer base. 
This role will require you to develop and implement strategies to identify and drive renewal opportunities for growth and expansion, and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders. Why Attentive needs you Drive strategic revenue growth within existing Enterprise customers through adoption of Attentive’s new products (Email and AI)Provide timely and accurate weekly forecastsCollaborate heavily with Client Strategy to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our solutions, renewals, as well as driving adoption and usage of our productsPartner with Product and Engineering to advocate for customer needs and drive product enhancements and improvementsBuild and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer needs to inform product and sales strategiesIdentify, enable, & coach reps on core competencies of the role
About you8+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related field, with a track record of delivering exceptional results in a b2b saas environmentExperience leading and managing a high-performing team, including setting performance targets, coaching, and developing talentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive outcomesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsEntrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to take ownership and drive results in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment

For US based applicants:- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000 - $182,000 annually + bonus/commission + equity + benefits- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
