In this vital role you will play a hands-on role in supporting the development, distribution, and optimization of employee communications. This team member will be responsible for partnering with content creators and stakeholders to manage the deployment of communications across Amgen’s digital platforms, including Amgen’s intranet, Staffbase, Salesforce, Dynamic Signal, Airtable and more. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and technically proficient, ensuring seamless delivery of engaging content that connects with Amgen’s global workforce. **Key Responsibilities:** **Content Creation, Distribution and Channel Management** + Coordinate and distribute content across digital platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamic Signal, intranet, and email systems. + Partner with Technology team to ensure smooth functionality and troubleshoot issues with digital tools. + Maintain editorial calendars and ensure timely publication across channels. + Monitor and update communication platforms to ensure accuracy and alignment with Amgen’s brand and messaging. + Draft initial drafts of various communications, including email and intranet articles and edit content submitted by stakeholders. **Collaboration and Support** + Work closely with content creators, designers, and stakeholders to adapt and format materials for digital distribution. + Collaborate with regional and functional teams to localize and tailor content to specific audiences. + Partner with senior team members on enterprise-wide communication initiatives and campaigns. **Technical Expertise** + Serve as the team’s go-to expert on digital communication tools, staying up-to-date on platform capabilities and best practices. + Provide technical guidance and training to colleagues as needed. + Evaluate new features and opportunities to optimize the use of communication platforms. **Performance Tracking and Insights** + Use analytics tools to measure the performance of distributed content and provide regular reports to the team. + Collect and share feedback from employees to inform continuous improvements in content delivery. + Support leadership in assessing the effectiveness of communication initiatives through data-driven insights. **What we expect of you** We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The professional we seek is an individual with these qualifications. **Basic Qualifications:** Doctorate degree **Or** Master’s degree and 2 years of employee communications, digital content management, or related experience **Or** Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of employee communications, digital content management, or related experience **Or** Associate’s degree and 8 years of employee communications, digital content management, or related experience **Or** High school diploma / GED and 10 years of employee communications, digital content management, or related experience **Preferred Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, information systems, or a related field. + 2–4 years of experience in employee communications, digital content management, or related roles. + Proficiency with digital communication tools and platforms, such as Salesforce, Dynamic Signal, Staffbase, Airtable, and intranets. + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. + Excellent attention to detail, especially when formatting and deploying content. + Basic understanding of analytics and reporting for measuring communication effectiveness. + Excellent writing and editing skills. + Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. + A proactive approach and willingness to learn new tools and technologies. **What you can expect from us** As we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also work to care for your professional and personal growth and well-being. The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
