The Manager, Distribution, Greater China & Mongolia will be responsible for executing Hilton’s global distribution strategy in China\. The position will oversee day\-to\-day account management of the assigned account portfolio of Online Travel Agencies \(OTAs\) and Wholesalers\. The main responsibilities include building trusted relationships with accredited OTAs and Wholesalers, developing and executing strategic account plans, holding regular business reviews, auditing hotel participation, identifying, testing and implementing new opportunities to drive revenue, and troubleshooting issues in partnership together with the Global Distribution team\.
This position will also be responsible for optimizing performance of Hilton hotels in Greater China via accredited online third\-party channels\. To achieve this, the incumbent will liaise with hotel and corporate stakeholders in multiple departments across the organization, including but not limited to Distribution, Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing&eCommerce, etc\. with the goal of driving profitable revenue for the hotels, and growing their market share\.
**What will I be doing?**
As a Team Member in this role, you will be required to:
• Build trusted relationships with assigned partners
• Develop strategic account plans for key partners in cooperation with the Distribution team
• Lead account review calls with assigned partners
• Hold quarterly business reviews with assigned partners
• Assist in evaluating the business opportunity of potential new partners and support implementation
• Develop, implement, and execute business processes to support the department
• Partner with Internal departments to optimize hotel performance and address issues with assigned partners
• Ensure hotels adhere to Hilton brand standards, assist to enforce Hilton brand standards and escalate issues as appropriate
• Arrange and lead hotel training classes/webinars to educate hotels on the available distribution opportunities
• Review hotel performance in partnership with regional stakeholders such as Sales Operation, Revenue Management and identify trends, issues and best practices\.
• Support the new hotel team with activating new hotels, and ensure hotels are aware of our distribution strategy
• Partner with marketing team to develop marketing strategy and marketing campaigns, support marketing team on marketing campaign execution and result monitoring\.
• Oversee process\-improvement projects to increase execution efficiency with both internal and external stakeholders
• Perform any other job duties as directed

• 5 years experience working in a hospitality or online environment
• Solid account management skills
• Experience managing complex account relationships and executing focused account plans
• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve business priorities
• Ability to develop and maintain a deep understanding of Hilton’s business processes and systems as they relate to Revenue Management, Distribution
and Sales across brands and geographies
• Capability to handle multiple projects within deadlines; work effectively under time and resource constraints; effectively balance multiple,
concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well across all levels of the organization, including senior leaders
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English
• Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree is preferred
• Approximately 20% travel time
