We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role ofManager, Data Management.

Business: Data Markets

Principal responsibilities:

• Facilitate data management initiatives and projects to empower Business and Functional areas in transitioning the Bank into a data-centric organization
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the Bank (IT, Business, Functions) to ensure alignment of programme deliverables with our data strategy
• Drive Metadata management efforts and enable business self-service capabilities on the HASE data platform, while streamlining metadata management processes
• Provide expertise on Data quality implementation for HASE business processes, continually monitor data quality, and offer assistance to process owners in remediation actions
• Support the implementation of data access controls on the data platform to enhance data security and efficiency, mitigate risks, and prevent data leakage
• Lead a team dedicated to supporting Data Management of the HASE data platform to generate business value
