WHAT YOU WILL DO:

\n

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

\n\n\nAbility to exercise good judgement with strong written/verbal communication, administrative/organizational skills & the ability to multi-task under pressure.\nManage and train order fulfillment team members by setting goals, performance and coaching/discipline when needed.\nWork with other departments to ensure proper and efficient order fulfillment.\nAbility to make executive judgement calls in an emergency.\nManages day to day activities of Order Fulfillment team including setting goals, implementing personal development plans, and providing coaching and discipline when necessary.\nOversees all aspects of the order fulfillment process.\nTake ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.\nDevelops and maintains measures of team performance. Sets goals based on data obtained from performance measures.\nCross trains personnel to provide back-ups for absences.\nProvides monthly status reports concerning team activities and work.\nProvides reports as requested.\nPrioritizes conflicting needs, handles matters expeditiously and proactively, and follows-through on tasks to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.\nEvaluates performance of company's 3rd-party partners (brokers, carriers, and product suppliers) providing feedback to them as necessary to meet company on-time-delivery.\nAssists management in negotiating contract terms and establishing performance expectations from carriers and external warehouses.\nKeep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.\nDevelop service procedures, policies, and standards as necessary or requested.\nAssists in the recruiting and training of Order Fulfillment Specialists as necessary.\nPerform any other related duties as required or assigned.\n\n\n\n

YOUR MUST HAVES:

\n\n\n\n4-6 years of related experience.\n2 years of management experience\nIntermediate knowledge of general computer skills\n\n\n\n

OUR ENVIRONMENT:

\n\n

Work will be conducted primarily in an office environment. Physical demands are limited but at times, may have to push/pull or carry up to 10 lbs.
