Position Summary:Ensuring Customer shipments on time by effective analysis of the demand, inventory and the correct communication with all areas involved, always focused on improve team performance and oriented of the not disturbing the production schedule plan. Creating a sustainable Process & Strategies related to material planning and inventory control.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure in collaboration with planning and logistics team for customer shipments on time.Define MBU/CA Structure.Establish multidisciplinary teams for continuous improvement.Identify and implement improvements to reduce obsolescence risk.Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency of labor.Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any non-compliance related.Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through established communication channels.Ensure high level of data and transactional integrity in the MRP system in order to achieve correct high of inventory accuracy.Zero premium freight services through the proper production planning processes.Analyze and present customer driven trends and projections in order to properly manage plant capacity and operation.Train CAs based on Job Description and Specific Customer Requirement on Portal – As Customer Requirement.Act as escalation point for Logistic topics, coaching and sponsoring Customer Analysts where applicable.Other activities assigned by Director, Manufacturing Business Units.Basic Qualifications:
Engineering, International Business, Finance or Administration Degree.+8 years of related experience in Customer Service in automotive industryMUST have experience working with customers: Toyota, Ford, GM.Experience with customer relationship.Knowledge on inventory tasks (cycle count, audits, customer service).Ability to work under stressful conditions.MS Office Knowledge.ERP Systems Knowledge.Schedule Availability.Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.English 90%, Advance English level (reading and writing that allow fluid presentations).Specific Customer Requirement Training on Portal – As Customer Requirement.Integrity.Innovation.Inclusion.Teamwork & Respect.Excellence.Leadership.Change Orientation.Judgment.Result Driven.Communication Skills (Oral and Written).Preferred Qualifications:
