You’d join a dynamic team whose job is to work directly with operations and finance leaders, both at Corporate and across the Disney businesses. This role will have direct responsibility for overseeing the financial planning for Enterprise Technology.

Required Qualifications & Skills

At least 5 years of progressive experience in financial planning, strategic planning, investment banking and/or corporate finance is preferredMust possess strong quantitative and analytical skills combined with solid business and financial competenceStrong relationship building skills and a highly professional “client service orientation”Charismatic, dynamic leader and effective manager, who leads by example and will mentor a team to meet high profile and dynamic objectivesMust be an excellent teammate who possesses solid interpersonal and organizational skillsExcellent communicator in both oral and written settingsFlexible, “special-projects” orientation coupled with solid multi-tasking abilitiesHigh energy level; strong work ethicDetermined, independent thinkerResults-oriented, decisive

Preferred Qualifications

Work experience within the Technology industry is a plusMBA or CPA is preferredMust possess a Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Finance, Business Administration or related field)


The hiring range for this position in Burbank, California is $124,900 to $152,500.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
