The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $96,700 - $169,100 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.

The position of Manager, Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) plays a key role in the Veralto’s corporate finance function.  This individual contributor position will work closely with the Sr. Director, Corporate FP&A, the Vice President, Investor Relations, and other senior leaders across the corporate headquarter functions.  Responsibilities include oversight of forecasts, financial analysis, financial consolidation, budgeting, and management reporting.  In addition, the position will support the Investor Relations function, tracking investor activity, developing and maintaining consensus financial models, financial benchmarking / competitive analysis activity, and supporting the quarterly earnings process.

This position is part of the Veralto Corporate Finance department located in Waltham, MA and will be primarily in-office / hybrid.

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

Strong business planning, quantitative analysis, financial acumen, strategic thinking, and decision-making skillsExperience with financial modeling, a strong ability to synthesize data from different sources into actionable information and experience with variance analysis.Strong working knowledge of Financial Consolidation systems (like OneStream), ERP, and analytical tools (like Alteryx, Power Bland/or Tableau) is highly preferred.  Experience with FactSet / Capital IQ platforms is a plusExcellent communication skills, with the ability to use data to be an effective storyteller and business partnerA continuous improvement mindset with a proven track record of process improvement, and experience with financial systems and process change initiatives.Proven track record of driving actions and results through diverse teams, delivering results under time pressure;Executive presence and maturity to effectively partner with senior leaders of the organization.Highly credible, results-oriented individual who enjoys working in a hands-on, performance­ based, results-driven. fast-paced operating environmentMaintain the highest levels ethics and integrity

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support monthly Veralto global financial forecast and annual budget processes; prepare, automate and enhance monthly management reports that provide Veralto leadership with effective metrics and data to assess business performance, gaps, and trends.Analyze peer / competitor financial and business results and trends, highlighting key takeaways from other external data to VP, Investor Relations.Partner with Vice President, Investor Relations to review, monitor and track Veralto external analysts financial models and maintain consensus financial metrics to identify variances in expectationsWork across Corporate Finance team in preparation of all aspects of quarterly earnings process including financial modeling and preparation / review of key external deliverablesSupport ad-hoc analysis and modeling requests from executive team to support effective financial decision makingPartner with Operating Company and Segment Financial teams to drive a better understanding of business results with a focus on streamlining reporting activitiesPartner closely with Senior Executive leaders to effectively manage corporate spending and provide financial support and insights to functional initiativesCoordination of the annual business plan, periodic plan updates and other financial and operational forecasts/ projections.Become an advocate that champions continuous improvement to improve quality, efficiency, and accuracy of forecasting, planning, management reporting, and related processes.Critically review inputs and provide financial analysis and judgement to support expense, capex, and headcount investments / resource allocation decisions

​QUALIFICATIONS:

Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related discipline. MBA or CPA strongly preferred.5-10+ years experience in finance /accounting analysis with proven technical expertise and strong analytical skillsExperience in leading and supporting operational standards, processes, and procedures, with a focus on continuous improvement.Minimum 5 years of dedicated FP&A experience in a multinational manufacturing or industrial company having multi-region/ geographical presence.Proven track record of performance in an FP&A role
