Position: Manager, Corporate Finance Job Description: As the Manager of Corporate Finance, you will be responsible for financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and providing strategic insights to senior management. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will play a key role in shaping the company's financial strategies and ensuring the alignment of financial initiatives with our overall business goals. Core Responsibilities & Duties: + Oversee the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making for the corporate cost centers + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, providing insights into business performance, trends, and opportunities + Prepare financial reports, variance analysis, and executive summaries for senior management, Board of Directors and other stakeholders. + Participate in the development of financial strategies, long-term planning, and capital allocation decisions + Assist in evaluating potential investments, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives through financial analysis and due diligence + Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement + Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements + Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and economic factors that could impact the company's financial position Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
