Overview How You’ll Make an Impact Join Our Team as a Consumer Insights Manager At Epsilon Data, we leverage our industry-leading data to uncover insights and develop personalized audiences for targeted, omni-channel marketing programs. The Consumer Insights (CI) team spearheads primary research projects, collaborating with both external clients and internal partners, to deliver a strategic edge and boost revenue across various products. The CI team also plays an important role supporting other key products in the organization. Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic Consumer Insights Manager to work alongside our CI Director and Senior Research Managers. This role is pivotal in delivering internal research for thought leadership and marketing PR initiatives. You will play a key role in designing and executing research projects in collaboration with the Marketing and Product teams, to uncover insights that align with business needs. As time allows, you will also contribute to external client-specific research projects. What you’ll achieve Drive Thought Leadership: Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to identify and execute compelling thought leadership projects. Deliver insights that align with the strategic goals of the organization. Craft proposals that reflect a deep understanding of business needs and research objectives. Develop and write questionnaires that align with the learning goals. Craft and execute comprehensive analysis and reporting plans. Create visually engaging summary reports that highlight the key findings, implications of the research, and how to action the learnings. Review final marketing materials to ensure the accuracy of data representation. Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high quality. Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and partners. Project Execution Support: Support CI Assistant Manager and CI Coordinator/Programmer in executing projects by planning the sampling framework, testing surveys (i.e., quality check prior to fieldwork), monitoring fieldwork, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. Client-Specific Research Support: Support external client research projects as needed. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to department process tracking and evolution, fostering a culture of constant improvement. Who You Are A strong foundational understanding of market research principles. Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantitative consumer research, focusing on survey design, analysis, and reporting. Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities. Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and a knack for solving complex problems. Proven track record of successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable leading discussions and collaborating with business stakeholders. Proactive, adaptable, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
