Roche Diagnostics provides integrated solutions for diagnostic testing in commercial and hospital labs, medical centers and laboratory networks. Our products and solutions support health care professionals in clinical decision making in a wide field of indications including, cardiovascular, infectious diseases, metabolism, and oncology.

The Opportunity:     

Manage  tactical and strategic coordination of timelines for all projects and functions within CDx Pharma Services and:

Develop  project plans, establish and coordinates timelines for assigned project and functions

Manage  execution of cross-functional plans and track of progress of activities

Oversee  CDx clinical and lab services studies from concept through contract completion and directly manages the day-to-day activities of the program or project including establishment and oversight of timelines and budgets.

Guide  team processes, ensuring consistency, transparency and optimization.

Implement  / pull in best practices within the clinical sciences team and drive continuous improvement by ensuring knowledge and experience exchange.

Track, maintain , and communicate project reports and clinical study data to Pharma and Roche clients.

Oversee  the work of clinical sciences team members. Provides input to the manager regarding performance. Coaches and mentors team members.

 

Who You Are:  

You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Biology, Clinical Research, Bioengineering, Pharmaceutical or  related field  

You have 6 years of Project and Program Management experience in a regulated, CRO, diagnostic, and/or pharmaceutical industry  

You have experience with quality and regulatory processes (IDVR, IDE etc.)

You have experience with clinical trial management.

You have prior people management and/or leadership experience 

Preferred:  

You have a Master's Degree or PhD

You have  Clinical Research training and/or certification  

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Tucson, AZ  is 105,000 195,000.   Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
