Lennox is looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Manager, Human Resources (HR) to join our team and shape the future of our workforce. In this critical role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic counsel and direction to leaders across our Corporate functions, including members of the C-suite. Your expertise will help us navigate the complexities of talent management while aligning our HR strategies with our business goals.
As a key leader, you’ll design and implement initiatives that not only attract and retain top talent but also elevate Lennox’s ability to achieve ambitious growth objectives. From evaluating workforce needs to adapting current HR programs, you’ll ensure we remain ahead of industry trends and positioned for success.
In addition to their HR business partner responsibilities, this leader will dedicate approximately 25–30% of their time to driving enterprise-wide talent initiatives. These initiatives may include, but are not limited to, enhancing HR processes, advancing diversity and inclusion efforts, spearheading training and development programs, fostering career growth, and shaping succession planning and leadership development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partner: Provide expert counsel and coaching to senior leaders on HR strategies that drive business performance and align with organizational goals.HR Leadership: Design and execute innovative HR initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a high-performing, inclusive workplace culture.Trusted Advisor: Serve as a consultant to executives, offering guidance on workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent management challenges.Program Development: Evaluate, adapt, and implement HR programs and policies to address evolving business needs and ensure scalability.Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of HR professionals, building their skills and fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment.Workforce Planning: Conduct proactive workforce analysis and forecasting to ensure staffing aligns with operational and strategic objectives.Compliance & Risk Management: Oversee adherence to employment laws, regulations, and standards, mitigating risks and ensuring ethical practices across all locations.Employee Relations: Champion programs and policies that strengthen employee satisfaction and maintain a positive workplace culture.Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage HR data analytics to inform strategic recommendations and improve decision-making.Employer of Choice: Implement HR best practices that position the organization as an industry leader in talent management and employee experience. QualificationsQualifications:
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant HR experience.HR Expertise: Advanced knowledge of HR practices, policies, and governmental regulations, with proven experience addressing and resolving complex employee relations issues.Conflict Resolution: Exceptional ability to foster open communication, mediate conflicts effectively, and build strong, trusting relationships across the organization.Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization.Leadership & Advisory Skills: Demonstrated success as a trusted advisor and internal consultant, with strong leadership capabilities and a track record of inspiring confidence in business leaders.Analytical Acumen: Advanced proficiency in analyzing HR data, applying quantitative insights to HR programs, and using metrics to drive decision-making.Strategic Influence: Strong business and people acumen, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.Talent Management: Experience in designing and implementing talent management programs, including employee engagement, career development, and succession planning.Collaboration: Proven ability to partner across all organizational levels, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success.Problem-Solving: Adept at resolving diverse employee relations challenges with a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach.Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The salary range for this role and market is between $100k - $120k annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus of 10% in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
