We are seeking smart, motivated Full Time Manager of Business Development Representatives to work within our growing team in our Chicago office.

Our ideal candidate is an ambitious, energetic, self-motivated team player with desire and drive to succeed and help the team around them succeed. They are willing to help train, coach and develop the BDR team while working with Marketing and Management to drive successful campaigns and tactics.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of BDRs that are responsible for delivering qualified opportunities to the sales team. The BDR Team Manager will sit with the BDR team in Chicago and be accountable for the team’s success as well as continuous coaching, training, and motivating the team. This leader will align SDR goals and activities with sales and marketing’s campaigns and tactics to ensure the company achieves growth targets. This role works closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximize pipeline creation and reports to the Vice President of Inside Sales.
Manage a team of 8 to 10 BDR’s in their daily duties
Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new SDR’s as team grows
Motivate BDRs to exceed goals through coaching and incentives
Monitor and refine lead processes; continually optimize SFDC, Pardot, Outreach and other selling tools to improve rep productivity
Work with sales to optimize pipeline creation and efficient lead handoff
Identify target accounts and prospects and then effectively position Sphera’s value proposition to secure meetings and opportunities
Analyze data to identify trends and communicate appropriate to senior management.
Run daily reports and manage performance through metrics
Desired Skills & Experience
One to three years at a Business-to-Business organization in a Leadership role within Inside Sales Development or Inside Sales
Excellent customer-facing skills using written or verbal communication
Experience in utilizing and managing Salesforce and data
Highly organized around metrics and ale to manage time effectively, work independently and be self-motivated to generate pipeline
Results driven and able to deliver against metrics consistently
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities effectively and efficiently
Passion for training, motivating and coaching in a fast-growth environment
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and organization skills
Strong problem solving skills
Experience with Outreach or Sales Loft preferred
Knowledge of EHS preferred but not required
BA/BS degree is preferred
Pay:
$74,400.00 - $111,600.00 + Eligible for Variable Compensation PlanCommensurate with relevant qualifications and experience
