Principal Responsibilities
Perform liaison and advisory roles with relevant parties in the formulation of business and technology solutions for the businessConduct and undertake walkthrough processes to advise users on the implications of new developmentsTo undertake project by participating in working group, reviewing business requirements specification, reviewing IT documentation, monitoring the user acceptance test progress and ensuring deliverables from IT are fully tested and provide sign-off before released to productionMonitor the department to be run in accordance with annual budgetProvide support on e-channel development and ongoing maintenanceSome careers shine brighter than others.
