Your role 

Dialpad is seeking an experienced and creative Brand Design Manager to lead and elevate our design efforts. This role is perfect for a seasoned design professional with leadership expertise, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering impactful brand experiences. Reporting to the Creative Director, the Brand Design Manager will oversee a small but dynamic team of designers, guide projects from concept to completion, and ensure that Dialpad’s visual identity remains innovative and aligned with our goals. This position reports to our Creative Director.

What you’ll do [i.e., Responsibilities]

Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of designers to maintain high standards of creativity, collaboration, and performance. Oversee the end-to-end execution of design projects, balancing creative vision with strategic business objectives. Work with Project Mangers to prioritize, assign, and manage design tasks across the team, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality. Ensure all creative assets align with Dialpad’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms. Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to create compelling visual content for campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives. Conduct thorough quality control reviews to ensure all deliverables meet high standards for accuracy and visual excellence. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to implement fresh, forward-thinking strategies that enhance Dialpad’s visual presence. Address design challenges with innovative solutions that align with brand goals.

Skills you’ll bring [i.e., Qualifications]

8+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. A strong portfolio showcasing diverse work across branding, digital, print, and other mediums. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma; familiarity with motion graphics, video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro), and a working understanding of web design principles. Adept at balancing creative excellence with business goals, ensuring all designs serve a purpose while pushing boundaries. Skilled in project management, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate ideas, give constructive feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring every deliverable is polished and aligns with the brand's vision. Thrives in dynamic environments, remaining calm and solutions-focused amid ambiguity and shifting priorities. Proactive and driven, with a passion for improving processes and producing high-impact design solutions.
