Manager, B2B Partner Marketing

The Manager of B2B Partner Marketing of CLEAR Verified will be responsible for driving the go-to-market planning and execution for product launches of new and existing partner marketing programs. This role will work closely with the Partner Growth, Brand Marketing, Communications, and Business Development teams to execute & support key marketing initiatives to delight our partners and users.

What you'll do:

Be the face of CLEAR Marketing for External Partners
Work with the Partner Growth and VP of CLEAR Verified Marketing to grow existing partnerships and build go-to-market strategies for new partner programs. Oversee brand and messaging guidance, ensuring partner programs and campaigns meet CLEAR’s standards and align with go-to-market timelines.  Work hand-in-hand with the Brand Marketing team to constantly iterate on marketing assets and opportunities. Build and Execute Strategic Partner Campaigns: Leverage our partner’s marketing channels in collaboration with partners to drive performance - this includes on-site activation, email marketing, social media marketing, video assets and more. Work collaboratively and cross functionally within CLEAR to launch campaigns that drive utilization and awareness of Partner solutions. Coordinate across CLEAR’s marketing functions to ensure Partner Marketing is aligned to overarching corporate strategy and brand guidelines Collaborate with Creative, Public Affairs and Legal to ensure proper sign-off and approval for respective marketing assets, comms materials and other partner branding integrations.  Measure and Optimize Track campaign metrics and suggest changes to optimize marketing efficacy.  Work cross functionally to ensure performance tracking of all marketing assets are in alignment with CLEAR’s broader business goals.

Expert communicator both internally and externally; creative and solutions oriented Experience making data-driven decisions using analytics, A/B testing, and campaign reports and dashboards Strong project management and multi-tasking skills Comfortable working with data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker, Excel) Ability to operate in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment Strategic thinker with the ability to clearly articulate and implement a focused plan Excellent attention to detail Self-starter with an "own it" mentality Sense of humility and a desire to roll up your sleeves

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
