The ATSM Capital team works with various departments to identify supply and capacity needs, build supplier relationships, and implement supply management strategies for equipment, spares, and services to meet operational and strategic goals.

You are responsible for leading and developing a team and be directly responsible for multiple Assembly & Test manufacturing locations. You will communicate and guide functional team leaders and/or team members on corporate business initiatives, and ensure your managed teams has a clear line of sight to the strategic vision. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential for achieving operational success.

Suggest, track, and enhance department metrics. Create and implement business processes that align with goals. Build partnerships and collaborate with customers.

We will also work with suppliers and internal partners to resolve and mitigate risks in delivery and quality. This role necessitates close collaboration with Category Supplier Managers, Central Engineering, Planning/Industrial Engineering, Site Engineering, Finance, Legal, and other collaborators.

Detail responsibilities and tasks as follow:

Build and Implement Strategic Business Improvement Plan

Support Leaders to work with direct and cross-functional teams to plan global strategic direction of supply assurance for Assembly and Test manufacturing sitesSupport development of strategic plan for global equipment supply assurance, manage the implementation of improvement strategies and lead in the resolution of any supply constraints or issues, including escalation management.Build consensus on strategic plan and refine (as required)Provide insights and drive on procurement initiatives and productivity improvement

Build an Effective Team

Develop a high performing teamCollect, review, and provide verbal and written performance feedback to continuously develop our teamSupervise and be responsible for individual and team performanceCoach, mentor, and develop current and future Micron leadersPrioritize objectives, remove barriers, and drive for accountabilityLead special projects, department initiatives, and mentor cross-functional teams

Collaborate with Stakeholders, Procurement Partners, and Suppliers on Supply Assurance Strategies

Build and maintain expertise in Supply Assurance through relationships with internal partners, suppliers, and industry trendsEnsure requirements are met with compliance to Company global processCommunicate strategic goals, supply fulfillment plans, initiatives and targets to internal partners and suppliers.Maintain relationships with senior executives at sites and suppliers.Provide advice to senior and executive management on strategic decisions related to supply assuranceMaintain close collaboration with procurement category teams to ensure comprehensive supply assurance approach

Experience and qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, preferably in equipment managementMinimum of 2years experience in leading a teamProficient with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP ERP applicationsProven agility to embrace changes and navigate through ambiguity
