As the Algorithms EPM Lead, you will oversee critical initiatives focused on improving advertiser and user experiences, launching new products, and delivering measurable business outcomes. In this role, you will lead project planning, prioritization, and execution of machine learning initiatives that are critical to business growth. You’ll collaborate with EPM, engineering, and product teams to define technical requirements, lead dependencies, and deliver key milestones, while proactively identifying risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies. Partnering with technology leadership, you’ll contribute to shaping Apple’s technical direction by assessing technical debt, aligning strategic plans, and streamlining quarterly and annual planning processes. With strong communication skills, you’ll keep stakeholders informed on project progress and key updates, ensuring alignment with business priorities. As a hands-on leader, you will also develop Agile best practices, mentor your team, and build strong relationships across Apple’s engineering teams to drive innovation and operational excellence at scale! **Minimum Qualifications** + 7+ years of project management experience, with familiarity in AI/ML systems. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
