This position is responsible for having a well-maintained environment that directly impacts guest experience, leading to higher satisfaction, repeat business and positive reviews.
This role also involves regularly reviewing facilities procedures and policies to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Keep abreast of the latest facilities management best practices, safety protocols, and advancements in equipment and technology.
Responsibilities
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT:
• Provide support to facilities team including housekeeping team in ensuring a clean and organized work environment
• Constantly coordinate with the Housekeeping Lead/Housekeeping vendor related to their overall services
• Suggest specific improvement to increase the department’s effectiveness and performance
• Conduct regular facilities inspection to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the areas and adherence to health and safety practices are observed
• Maintain open and clear communication channels with Facilities vendors to promptly address any concerns or issues either by the company or the vendors
• Collaborate with Landlord (as needed) on matters related to facilities and logistics
• Raise PR for services related to IL and ensure release of PO on a timely manner
• Coordinate with internal team about vendors invoices, payments and secure Certificate of No Due from the vendors
• Arrange team team’s activities including resident vendors
• Client visit support
Environment Health and Safety
• Assist Facilities Team in implementing a safe environment by monitoring and reporting any health and safety hazards.
• Ensure that all Facilities related labels, signage and posters are updated and complete.
• Implement eco-friendly cleaning practices and promoting sustainability within the housekeeping department
• Support company’s waste management policy by proper management and monitoring waste disposal.
Others
• Monthly birthday celebrants’ internal communication
• Assist the company’s/team’s CSR activities
• Prepare monthly report as needed
• Remind the team of Genpact’s policies including Data Privacy
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by the IL Team
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Associate degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
• Relevant experience in the implementation of facilities management policies and procedure, inventory management, facilities support and administration.
