Responsibilities: Management of collection role:
• Root cause analysis of aging balances.
• Lead and ensure collection strategies based on context and portfolio constraints.
• Coordinate the prioritization and identification of risky customers.
• Reconciliation of critical accounts with partial balances and credit notes.
• Projection of overdue portfolios at the end of the month.
• Creation and estimation of uncollectibility forecast.
• Application of controls and safeguarding of SOX and Global control evidence.
• Timely follow-up to compliance with payment promises.
• Record of collection efforts in High Radius or similar.
• Document and give visibility of collection challenges to your supervisor.
• Execute the accounting records of provisions for uncollectibles and others.
• Execute and reconcile month-end closing operations.
• Root cause analysis of unapplied cash and delay in application.
• Construction of strategies to reduce balances in favor.
• Identification of cash in Bank Accounts and ensure its compensation against invoice or Credit Balance.
• Cash refunds and reconciliation of Credit Notes.
• Processing of cash application requests in a timely manner.
• Monitoring and purging of unapplied Cash Accounts. Qualifications Minimum qualifications
• SAP, Excel (intermediate to advanced).
• Conflict resolution.
• Intermediate technician in accounting, banking or finance.
• Collection experience.
• Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
• Knowledge of High Radius desirable.
