Job Overview Provides day-to-day general and administrative support to senior level Program Managers, Project Managers, and Subject Matter Experts supporting multiple contracts. Work Model: Onsite/In-Office Responsibilities Essential Duties & Job Functions: Track Projects: Create and populate MS Excel worksheets for project activity tracking Create and Maintain Project Folders: Upon receipt of a new task order or contract create project folders. Maintain project folders during project execution. Reconcile Project Financial Reports: Reconcile project financial trackers against employee travel, vendor invoices, subcontractor invoices, and corporate financial reports. Assist Project Managers with Deliverables (CDRLs, EOM Reports, and Labor Metrics). Develop and Track Purchase Requests: Assist project personnel to complete and submit Purchase Requests. Track Purchase Request execution through Purchase Order, delivery, and receiving. Manage filing, maintaining project-tracking spreadsheets, maintaining delivery orders/purchase order log. Attending meetings as required. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Mandatory: Must be a U.S. citizen. At least six (6) years of Project Administration Support experience. Proficient in MS applications, particularly Word, Excel and Project products. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and pre-hire drug test.
