What is Success:

Leading and developing the brand's media strategy with a business perspective/brand challenges.

Conducting work independently while collaborating with the cross-functional team.

Working as a company owner.

Responsibilities:

As a Growth Marketing intern, you will understand the challenges of your brand and help create media strategies that address these challenges, develop the media plan with investments/tactical definitions, and align with the brand management team on a recurring basis. You will learn how to lead/execute the media plan, determine what is working or not, and report those learnings. You will take ownership of daily activities with the company's agencies and cross-functional teams.

Job Qualifications

Be pursuing a Bachelors' degree, with estimate graduation towards Jun/26 to Dez/26;

We would like you to have an up intermediate or above English level;

Ability to prioritize multiple priorities with a sense of urgency;

Ability to learn and master new tools/programming languages quickly;

Comfort with ambiguous scenarios and possess strong problem-solving skills with a "can-do" attitude;

Is legally able to work in Brazil and have mobility to move to other states at the end of the program;

Live or have mobility to live in São Paulo and cities nearby
