Summary About the Position: Works as a program analyst in Programs Management Branch, PPMD. As a program analyst, is responsible for providing program execution and financial management review, analysis, and advice to the Branch Chief on the status of District's program execution and performance, for its Military Construction and Inter-Agency Support (IAS) programs. Responsibilities Serves as primary point of contact on any funds management issues related to military design and construction. Serves as liaison between user and higher headquarters or Major Command for funds management and control activities. Complies with fiscal and program guidance and regulations. Incumbent is responsible for preparation, review, analysis, and oversight of program execution and fiscal performance indicators, and other materials used by customers in their monthly Financial Management Review and District Program Review Boards. Performs specialized reviews and analyses of program execution, and financial status of all programs, and makes comparative analyses. On occasion, will be required to exercise financial management of design and construction authorizations, appropriations, and activities on specific projects or programs from start to fiscal completion.
