The Role
Veeva is looking for a Managed Services Associate Consultant who wishes to become an expert in our China Commercial CRM product and has a passion for helping China's domestic customers achieve their business vision. This role provides offsite, post-implementation services to China's domestic customers. This role will work with professional services, product, and development teams very closely who are based out of Beijing.What You'll DoProvide post-implementation System Consulting and AdministrationCommunicate with China customers, gathering and analyzing requirementsSupport the customer-internal System Releases Cycle, including:Customer engagement for the new requirementsDesign and enable new product featuresTier 2/3 Incident TroubleshootingEnvironment ManagementExecute Customer Change RequestData import and exports maintenanceAdding/deleting/changing users, setting up security, changing territory and role hierarchyBuild KPI reports based on customers’ requirementUser training/feature educationBest practice sharingWillingness to “wear any hat” necessary to make the Customer successfulInteract with Veeva Product Support on the customer’s behalfGrow the capabilities of the team, develop best practices and acceleratorsRequirementsAt least a Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related degree Strong Technical background, 3+ years of experience in Python/Java and MySQL. Good understanding of software architecture, and data models, familiar with SQLSmart and eager to learn new things, ability to work independently in a fast-moving environmentAbility to work under big pressure, always commit to the work assigned to him/herExcellent communication skills – ability to deliver formal presentations in the workshop, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and ensure delivery to a high degree of satisfactionFluent English language proficiency in both verbal and written EnglishNice to HaveWeChat client development experience Customer service or consulting experienceVeeva CRM experience/knowledgeVeeva’s headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world.
