Building Location:St Josephs Medical CenterDepartment:12240 Breast CenterJob Description:Join our talented group of Imaging Professionals in the Brainerd Lakes area at Essentia Health at our Brainerd Lakes Hospital and Clinics in Brainerd and Baxter. This is a part time position consisting of 24 hours a week, and 48 hours in a two - week pay period.

In this role you will be:
Responsible for the administration of ionizing radiation to patients of all ages for diagnostic, therapeutic procedures, and/or research purposes, which utilize advanced aspects of computer assisted, digital image recording, and analysis systems. The technologist assists radiologists with interventional biopsy procedures. This position is also responsible for the independent operation of radiographic equipment and for providing high quality diagnostic images to the radiologist and referring physicians. This position is required to meet MQSA guidelines for mammography screening and diagnostic exams.Education Qualifications:

Graduate of an Allied Health Education and Accreditation (AMA) Radiography programLicensure/Certification Qualifications:Certification/Licensure Requirements:
Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)Mammography certification required within 24 months of hire if not currently certifiedWest Market:
