Job Description

Experience Required: 0 to 6 monthsEducation Desired: High school diploma or equivalentCertification or Licensing Preferred: R.A.M.P. (Responsible Alcohol Management Program), desiredLifting Requirement: Up to 50 poundsAge Requirement: At least 21 years of age

Job Responsibilities

Oversee the ordering, receiving and stocking of alcoholic beverages in restaurant area.Collaborate with vendors regarding pricing, pricing accuracy, new items and discontinued items.Manage and implement all product tags, including weekly tags, tags for new items, discontinued items and special promotions.Assist with cashiering in the restaurant area.Control department costs by monitoring and improving operations.Maintain accurate department records to ensure documentation of activities is available.Understand and adhere to the collective bargaining agreement.Maintain safety as the top priority in all aspects of our work, for our Team Members, guests and products.Actively participate in, and promote, an environment which embraces diversity, inclusion and respect for Team Members, guests, vendors and the community.
