A Bit About You

Prefer at least one year of basic maintenance and/or general labor experienceEnsuring your property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping the grounds and buildings clean and properly maintainedGeneral grounds and pool maintenanceLandscape-planting and weedingTrash pickup and removalOther duties may include touch up paint, changing light bulbs, washing first floor windows, and other grounds maintenance duties as assignedAbility to consistently display a positive attitudeEnjoy working in a fast-paced environmentExcellent interpersonal skills—will communicate with residents, management, vendors and contractors

Final prep and small repairs of luxury apartmentsDrywall repair Paint touch-up Door and lock changes Light plumbing and electricalOther duties as assigned
