Maitre D' / Head Waiter - The Dining Room

We are seeking a refined and service-driven Maitre D’ / Head Waiter to lead our The Dining Room team with professionalism and hospitality excellence. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless service, maintaining high food and beverage standards, and creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional guest service, handling inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.Oversee and implement food and beverage service standards to ensure consistency and quality.Set and arrange tables, ensuring they are properly prepared for service.Greet guests, present menus and beverage lists, and assist with seating arrangements.Take orders and accurately relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner.Open bottles and pour beverages with precision and etiquette.Clear tables, return dishes and cutlery to the kitchen, and ensure a clean dining environment.Remove empty bottles and used glasses, refilling and replacing glassware as needed.Recommend wines and beverages to complement food selections.Collect payments, operate point-of-sale machines, and ensure accurate transactions.Maintain a strong presence in the Dining Room, especially during busy periods, leading by example.Train, mentor, and develop team members, enhancing their skills through guidance and coaching.Salary range: 73K - 75K

To be considered for this role the candidate should possess the following:
