Position Summary:
The Building Maintenance Technician maintains the cleanliness of the facility.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Ensure cleanliness through continuous monitoring and cleaning of facilityEmpty and clean all trash barrels throughout the facilityWipe down walls quarterlyMop areas that cannot be reached with the scrubber equipmentReport any problems with cleaning equipment or out of stock cleaning materials to managementAssist management on assignments as requestedOther projects or duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
0 to 6 plus months general facility maintenance experienceAbility to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions effectivelyProblem solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skillsThis position must pass a post-offer background and drug testPreferred Skills and Experience:
Forklift and scrubber certificationGeneral knowledge of OSHA requirements in a warehouse environment
