What will you do? Change light bulbs, replace fixtures, open clogged drains and repair leaks Perform routine and preventative maintenance on facilities and equipment Respond to safety concerns Perform facility and equipment inspections Repair and assemble equipment. Ensure tools and equipment are in working order and keep maintenance room in neat condition More about you No high school diploma or GED required Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in general maintenance and repair for commercial facility required Knowledge in electrical and plumbing Knowledge in kitchen appliance maintenance Physical requirements Frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, and kneeling Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Standing and walking 100% of the time Must be able to work outside in all types of weather Shift details
