**Job Title: Maintenance Welder**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Welder for our 1st shift (6am-2:30pm). The role involves welding, maintenance, and inspection duties.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform welding tasks to maintain and repair equipment.
+ Conduct regular maintenance and inspections.
+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
+ Read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
+ Ensure conveyor systems are operating efficiently.
**Essential Skills**
+ Electrical troubleshooting
+ Mechanical knowledge
+ Hydraulics and pneumatics
+ Repair and maintenance
+ Reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
+ Industrial maintenance and welding
+ 4+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Mechanical/electrical background
+ Experience with troubleshooting and repair

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
