POSITION OBJECTIVE

Optimize maintenance to improve the equipment availability, reduce downtime & repairs cost, through the implementation of a maintenance guidebook based on the maintenance best practices, failure analysis, predictive technology

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Preventive activities review & improvement in coordination with manufacturer & internal / external stakeholdersStandardize Work orders with a clear form for techniciansCreate spare parts models & link with  PM taksValidate Spare parts catalog Criticality & availabilityUpgrade PM routines with parameters data for Quality assurance (maintenance process & product)Identify Special tooling and new technologies to improve PM executionOptimize PM frequencies according to real equipment needs through predictive , historical data.Identify specific training needs for the maintenance activitiesCreate work order models based on historical dataDocumented work instructions for maintenance activitiesTroubleshooting

Education:

Electromechanical Engineering Profile     

Language:

·       Fluent in Spanish  written and verbal.

·       English written and verbal (Min: 80%).

·       Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
