Maintenance & Tooling Technician Responsibilities:
Setting up and maintaining production machinery and tooling Performing preventative maintenance and equipment repairs Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues to reduce downtime Collaborating with production teams to ensure optimal machine performance Supporting safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives Maintenance & Tooling Technician Qualifications: 5 years of maintenance or tooling experience in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Hands-on experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and automated machinery Able to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics Proficient with hand and power tools Forklift certification is an asset Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Chinese strongly preferred Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player Must be able to travel internationally for a 2 to 4 months stay for build purposes Employment Details: Competitive compensation Straight day shift Direct hire opportunity Excellent team culture Career growth potential
