Responsibilities:
Perform regular preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems as needed.
Respond to and resolve emergency repair requests in a timely manner.
Document maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and downtime.
Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and shop.
Work closely with other team members to address operational issues and improve efficiency.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Experience with automated machinery or PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).
Familiarity with safety management systems and OSHA regulations.
Knowledge of inventory management and parts sourcing.
Ability to perform welding, fabrication, or carpentry work.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and basic facility maintenance.
Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and inventory management.
