Maintenance Technician

Purpose of Position: To improve and sustain maintenance reliability and low maintenance costs.

Responsibilities

Root Cause and Reliability Analysis and taking ownership for ongoing corrective action tracking, implementation, and follow up to ensure that all Root Cause analysis projects are documented  Analyzing equipment performance, failure data, and corrective maintenance history to develop and deploy engineering solutions, improved maintenance strategies, preventative maintenance optimization, and other reliability techniques                                                                    Key roll designing maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods. Developing implementation plans and schedules to apply predictive maintenance techniques at our processes  Evaluating effectiveness of predictive maintenance procedures and adjusting as necessary to increase the value of our offerings.  Improving health and safety policies and procedures  Monitoring and controlling maintenance cost  Innovate maintenance

Knowledge and Skill Requirements.

Reliability techniques: (RCM / TPM)

Education.

Technical degree in Engineering

Work Experience

2-4 years of experience in industrial maintenance area  Experience developing maintenance strategies  Experience handling Computerizing Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)  Project management  Understanding and experience of Lean Manufacturing  Management and control of maintenance costs      Spare parts and tooling management  Root cause analysis experience  Understanding of TPM methodology (preferred)
